Description Oakwood Village has an exciting opportunity for qualified candidates to join our Prairie Ridge (East Side of Madison) senior living community facility team as a Dietary Aide II. Our Dietary Aid II is responsible for the pleasant meal service to residents and visitors. The Dietary Aid II is also responsible for cleanup/sanitation of kitchen equipment and general kitchen area. Don’t have experience? Not a problem, WE CAN TRAIN YOU!

The Dietary Aide II position has multiple shift available:

-Full Time, AM Hours, 6:30am-2:30pm, 75 hours every two weeks
-Full Time, AM hours, 6:30am-2:30pm, 67.5 hours every two weeks
-Part Time, PM hours, 3:45pm-7:00pm, 35 hours every two weeks

Job Responsibilities of a Dietary Aide II (Not intended to be an all-inclusive list)
-Responsible for prompt and courteous service to all guests.
-Prepares food items as specified at each kitchen.
-Serves meals in dining room or tray line according to menu, modified diets, and the individual needs of the resident.
-Responsible for clean-up, sanitation, and the resetting of the dining room.
-Properly labels, dates, and stores food.
-Takes inventory and replenishes supplies in the Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing areas.
-Assist with washing and sanitation of dishware, etc.
-Record the internal temperatures of all refrigerators and freezers.
