Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related field. Certifications such as CFCM, CCCM or CPCM desirable. Minimum of eight years increasingly responsible experience in Government procurement, commercial
proposal preparation, negotiation and with a strong emphasis in subcontract administration including complex transactions. Manager should have team and project leadership. Experience working with SAP systems (Deltek Costpoint preferred) in a purchasing environment.
