The Opportunity:

Red Wing Shoes is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst that will be responsible for improving leverage of data and analytics in the decision making process across the marketing organization. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Technology, this key role will be involved with efforts ranging from delivery of specific tactical analytics to creation and automation of departmental and enterprise Marketing KPI’s.
Red Wing is 40 minutes from St. Paul, the opposite direction of commuter traffic, and offers a beautiful drive to where our corporate office sits along the Mississippi River in downtown Red Wing. Requirements Experience, Knowledge and Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualified candidates will have demonstrated experience utilizing a multitude of data sources and programs including Microsoft Office, Power BI, (SQL), web analytic tools(Google Analytics), CRM Systems (Salesforce), and campaign management software tools (Silverpop / Eloqua); Designing data and analytics solutions that deliver meaningful customer insights and has experience preparing and delivering recurring reports; Leveraging results of analytics efforts to also deliver insights and recommendations, making results actionable; performing customer segmentation analysis
Candidates will have strong analytical skills and business acumen, including the ability to effectively interpret and articulate business needs, document, and translate them into usable data; Strong relationship building skills with the ability to get results through influence and collaboration with organizational partners; Ability to recognize interdependencies, proactively identify potential risks and work with others to develop solutions; Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to modify message and delivery based on the audience, including the ability to share findings with a large, non-technical audience; Strong project management skills, including but not limited to demonstrating the ability to plan work, prioritize competing demands and manage time to deliver on commitments; Exhibit knowledge of and ability to incorporate emerging industry and technology practices when solving business problems; Ability to evaluate and optimize processes and procedures.
