Position Title Order Processing Admin (Luke's Organic)

Description

This customer service position will be responsible for processing orders and serving as the point of contact to assigned customer accounts. They will coordinate sample requests submitted by the sales team and cooperate with other departments to best servce the needs of the customer and team members. 

Specific Duties Include:

  • Enter sales orders into accounting sustem.
  • Code purhase orders timely and accurately and update shipping schedule.
  • Prepare invoices for domestic and international customers.
  • Gather shipping information and provide tracking information to the customer.
  • Partner with the warhouse to track orders as needed.
  • Answer all vendor inquiries professionally and postively.
  • Generate weekly incoming order report.
  • File necessary paperwork.
  • Obtain proper authorization when required.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.
  • Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of Luke’s Organic.
  • Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.
  • Participate in all company/location driven communication efforts, including department meetings and other related efforts.
  • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Must work well under pressure, excellent orgnaization abilities, set and meet deadlines.
  • Manage several priorities daily; being able to adjust as needed.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information in a clear manner, demonstrate concepts or processes, and respond to questions.
  • Must be detail oriented, results-oriented and be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interact and partner with team members at all levels in the orgnaization and externally.
