The ideal candidate for this high energy position will demonstrate a willingness to learn and understand the tasks and responsibilities necessary to coordinate and execute all Regional FirstLook and LEN advertising programs as assigned. This position is primarily responsible for sales support and contract fulfillment for a large field sales organization, communicating directly with sales and multiple internal departments to facilitate on-time programs. This individual will also manage multiple inventory levels and maintain proper procedures for each on-screen program execution.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:


• Receive and review Regional contracts to ensure accurate information is in place for billing, legal and revenue recognition.

• Prepare Post Analysis reports to allow our sales reps and clients to measure the efficiency of their onscreen campaigns.

• Create and distribute weekly/monthly reports to monitor Revenue and Sales goals as well as to provide ongoing business and trend analysis.

• Assist with Media Pricing and Rate Analysis, evaluating factors such as Historical data and Theatre Utilization.

• Support Account Directors and Regional Vice Presidents by answering system and fulfillment questions and assisting in the resolution of any issues, while proactively anticipating and addressing further inquiries.
 • Manage real time inventory system for theatre availability and shared inventory sold and utilized by more than one division to ensure there are no overlaps or oversells.

• Responsible for contract flow through multiple systems, with a focus on productivity goals and an understanding of how these systems interact to ensure proper accounting, billing, compliance, scheduling and record keeping.

• Responsible for upholding standards of quality, ensuring fulfillment and compliance through accurate quality control.

• Provide detail and resources to internal teams as needed (media, trafficking, programming, accounting, revenue, exhibitor communications, marketing, etc.).

• Work closely with all members of the Sales Operations team, providing support and backup.






• College degree or equivalent. 1-3 years relevant business experience preferred.

• Must be highly organized, detail oriented and customer service/solutions focused.

• Demonstrated project management, organizational, customer service, communication (written and verbal) and critical thinking skills.

• Must be willing to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Must be self-starting, flexible and willing to operate within a team environment.

• Must be highly trainable and willing to learn.

• Ability to properly prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Working level knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.


Experience and Training:

Any combination of the following experience and training (designated as required and/or preferred) that would provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. 


Experience: 1-3 years relevant experience preferred


Education: College degree or equivalent experience.





Work Conditions:

(e.g., Office environment, exposure to computer screens, etc.).


This job operates in a professional office environment.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.



Physical Conditions:

Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for sitting for prolonged periods of time, etc.
