Responsible for monitoring Line/Ground service activities as assigned by the Line/Ground service Supervisor. This includes coordination with Passenger Service Agents.
Performs all essential duties of Line service Representative such as loading and unloading of baggage, choking of aircraft, connecting electrical power units to aircraft, position passenger stair to aircraft, replenishing water supply and servicing of lavatories.
Provides air start and air-conditioning.
Connects tow bar and tug for push back or towing aircraft.
Operates headset/radio to provide communication between ground crew and flight crew and tower.
Cleans ramp area and ground equipment.
Checks in baggage as required.
Knows and complies with all safety procedures.
Assists in scheduling of employees.
Is able to meet the Station’s attendance standards.
