Key responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Assist with analysis of specific businesses regarding market share, operating and financial performance, and employee issues • Assist with implementation of specific metrics to measure location leadership and personnel compared to our Being the Best People Standards • Assist with content and organization of quarterly operational review meetings with regional partners. Assist with the organization, designing and development of subject matter for Managing Partner meetings • Bridge any communication gaps between regions regarding matters that affect all businesses • Assist Corporate Development Department and other corporate departments with due diligence of acquisition of candidates during closing process • Assist Regional Partners and other corporate departments with integration of acquired businesses • Assist with strategic analysis of portfolio, including capital allocation region by business, and performance issues common across all regions
Requirements	Qualifications and skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting • Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in a similar or complementary role. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) required. • Experience and strengths in accounting, financial modeling and analysis, company evaluation and valuation, business plan development, market/industry research and competitive analysis. • Detail oriented and ability to work in a team setting.
