Description This role resides within the Operations Department, reporting to the Director of Operations. This is a hands-on Operation Analyst position responsible for auditing third party verifications and written contracts for the DTD Sales Channel.

Specific tasks as listed, but not limited to:
• Listen to third party verifications
• Read and review contracts between customers and North American Power (NAP) and Champion submitted by DTD vendors contracted by NAP
• Review, investigate and follow-up independently with your manager, and sales management on suspicious activity
• Document/track audit results via a Quality Assurance survey in the Quality Assurance Database
• Manage Quality Assurance Image mailbox
• Send daily reports to the Sales team
Requirements • High School Diploma or Equivalent minimum
• Conceptual understanding of the Retail Energy is a plus
• High technical aptitude with ability to understand new tools and data
• Intermediate skills in Excel and Word
• Self-motivated and adaptability to change.
