Description The Operations Manager ensures that enrollments, invoicing and account management is implemented in accordance with the GLO agreements and expectations of the Company. The position is self-motivated and accountable for customer inquiry coverage, reporting and account management. The position interfaces with customers, brokers, aggregators, management, and vendor operations to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate and timely contract implementation. This position has routine contact with the sales staff, and on-going direct contact with GLO customers to address enrollment, reporting, invoicing and account questions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Coordination and guidance to Cavallo Energy Texas’ retail services provider, regarding enrollment, invoicing and account management procedures, and issues and enhancements.
- Primary interface with GLO clientele regarding invoicing set-up, account enrollment and fulfillment
- Work directly with Operations Reporting and with IT to develop solutions for GLO clientele
- Develops recommendations to VP Operations and Cavallo Executive Leadership regarding account management enhancements
- Implements special projects using judgment and discretion with strategy set by and at the direction of the VP, Operations
- Interface with Cavallo Energy Texas account managers (sales team) regarding account management, fulfilment and invoicing related items
- Independently works with GLO clientele and Cavallo clientele to fulfill contractual obligations and develop and improve account management efforts. These sessions occur over the telephone, via email and in face-to-face client meetings and often require development of enhanced reporting to meet client requirements.
- Assist with Legislative Initiatives during the Texas Legislative Session to provide data and make customer contacts for assistance in the Company’s legislative initiatives.


Requirements - Minimum 7 years of C&I retail electricity account management required
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel including but not limited ability to complete Mail Merged agreements and V lookup outputs.



OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES
 In depth knowledge of TDSP tariffs.
 Relationship development at appropriate levels within the customer organization
 Accountability to solve customer issues and ability to work across organizational lines to accurately and timely address open operational items.
