Description • Support the Door to Door channel to achieve sales objectives for Champion Energy, including channel strategy, vendor management, and working with cross-functional teams.

Description of Role
• Interface with various business units including third party verification vendors, sales channel management, external direct sales vendors, pricing, operations and fulfillment staff.
• Serve as point person for developing, implementing and executing sales initiatives and activities across the Champion Energy brand, to drive sales growth in the Door to Door channel.
• Responsible for commission reporting for door to door vendors, including handling day to day inquires around commissions.
• Manage inventory of sales materials, agent apparel and incentives.
• Track and analyze performance at both the vendor and agent level in order to provide sound recommendations.
• Use primary and secondary market research to identify opportunities for new product offerings or new segments.
• Initiate and manage implementation of customer value-added services in accordance with brand strategies and customer segmentation.
Requirements • 5+ years of relevant work experience required
• Prior experience with retail energy
• Excellent task management skills, results-oriented with a strong work ethic, and demonstrated attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to interact with peers in various departments to achieve objectives
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Budget-management skills and proficiency
• Ability to work independently and as a team member

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
